Remote Help Desk Support

We offer secure, web-based remote access/support for remote service calls.  You simply visit the website we provide, enter in the secure service authorization code we provide to you, and we can directly access your computer and resolve issues upon access.

Onsite Services

We provide onsite services to hundreds of businesses and residences across the Treasure Valley including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Emmett, Kuna, Star, and Payette... we know what it takes to keep you up and running. We offer same or next day appointments.  Please contact our office via phone or email and one of our team will set up an appointment for service.

Walk-in Services

We have shop technicians available daily in our office for a wide range of issues.  We accept walk-ins during normal business hours.
